A unique product of seven freshly ground spices, sourced directly from some of the worldƒ??s best spice farms. The spices are blended with an organic, jaggery sugar (evaporated sugar cane juice) and a natural Sri Lankan tea extract. Our balance of spices ensures that the favours are not too gingery. Simply blend with hot milk and dust a little on top, to make a complex, delicious chai. This chai has been created to have as close as possible to what a chai street wallah would serve in India or Sri Lanka
